Elise King Dodenhoff

Elise King Dodenhoff is Vice President of Strategy and Partnerships at CNA National where she is responsible for the development and implementation of operating strategies and the growth of key accounts. She was previously the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Vice President of Partnerships for United Pet Care (UPC). Elise was responsible for the expansion of UPC’s member, veterinarian, distribution, and benefit administrator partnerships as well as strategic initiatives to aid the growth of UPC.

Prior to UPC, Elise spent seven years at Sculptor Capital (NYSE: SCU). Most recently she was their Head of Corporate Strategy and Shareholder Services. In her time at Sculptor, she created and grew the firm’s ESG program, helped execute financial issuances, led their public shareholder investor relations, and managed the rebranding to Sculptor Capital.

Elise currently serves as Treasurer of the Board of Christ Church School in Paradise Valley, Arizona and on the Advisory Board for the Arizona Council on Economic Education. She previously served on the Board of Invest in Girls; a program of the Council on Economic Education focused on financial literacy for under-represented high-school girls. She was recognized in 2022 and 2024 by Women We Admire as a Top 50 Women Leader in Arizona.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Elise resides in Phoenix with her husband and two children.
