Rachel Weiss began her career as a public-school teacher, in the middle school, high school, and college English classroom. After fifteen years in the classroom, she decided to make the move to corporate learning. While she loved working with teenagers and educators, she was ready for a new challenge.
Learning has always been in the forefront of Rachel’s mind, and using effective learning strategies to help people learn new things is a personal passion. Over the last ten years, Rachel has focused on building meaningful learning content and high-performing, effective Learning & Development teams at GoDaddy, Oscar Health, and Included Health. She is now a Senior Consultant of Organizational Development at Vitalant.
When not focusing on education, Rachel enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Her granddaughter and her three dogs keep her busy as well. She earned her BA from University of California, Riverside, her MA from New York University, and her MHI from Arizona State University. As a lifelong learner, Rachel surrounds herself with people and organizations that drive innovative learning strategies and support people in their learning journeys.
