Bill Davis is currently Board Chairman of the Arizona Council on Economic Education. Mr. Davis has over 30 years of Arizona Public Finance experience providing investment banking and consulting services to municipal governments throughout Arizona. Bill received a bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance from Northern Arizona University and has earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) from the Association for Investment Management and Research. Mr. Davis is registered with the New York Stock Exchange and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) as a General Securities Principal, a Municipal Securities Principal and as a Municipal Advisor. Mr. Davis also serves on the Executive Board of the Arizona Desert Bighorn Sheep Society.
