Q: How did your family and culture influence who you are today?

My parents work ethic to give me everything I have and put me in a situation to succeed is something I can never repay. It gave me the blueprint of what I need to continue to do to keep succeeding. Hispanic culture is all about family and without them I might not be in the position I am today.

Q: Why is ACEE important to you?

The ability to give back to the community and provide knowledge to those who may have never had the opportunity to gain with out ACEE. The mission and values they preach align with my passion to educate. They are able to bring together people from some of the largest financial institutions.

Q: Why do you care about financial and economic education?

Financial education is extremely important to manage everyday life, get through an unexpected event, or save for retirement. Educating youth and adults about money management and basic financial principles has no downside. Providing good money habits can create generational change for families. It can give them the tools to teach other in their community.
