Craig Lewandowski is a retired KPMG Managing Director from the Phoenix, Arizona Audit Practice with more than 32 years of experience primarily serving Securities and Exchange Commission registrant clients in the manufacturing, technology, consumer, retail, and financial services businesses. Craig has provided professional audit services in accordance with PCAOB and AICPA standards in accordance with U.S. GAAP and his experience includes several years aiding companies during the initial public offering process including audit and advisory services for accounting and financial reporting matters and internal control over financial reporting. Clients served include 20 of the Fortune 100.
A native of Arizona, Craig is a graduate of Arizona State University, with a degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Arizona. Craig also serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education and The Foster Alliance.
