Donna Dempsey

Program Manager

Donna Dempsey serves as a Program Manager for the Arizona Council on Economic Education (ACEE), where she supports a variety of statewide programs designed to expand access to economic and financial literacy for Arizona students and educators. With a strong background in K–12 education, instructional coaching, and professional development, she plays a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences across the state.

With a degree in Elementary Education and more than 18 years in public education, Donna brings deep expertise in instructional design, educator support, and community engagement. Her experience spans the classroom, district-level math coaching, and educational consulting—equipping her with the skills to design innovative programs and develop strong relationships with educators, volunteers, and school leaders.

Outside of ACEE, Donna is also active in her local school community, serving as a room parent and PTO member. Her entrepreneurial spirit has been a guiding force at home, where she supported her daughter in launching a successful baking business at the age of seven—an experience that further cemented her belief in the power of financial education and youth empowerment.

Through her work, Donna continues to champion ACEE’s mission of reaching and teaching every Arizona student. Her commitment to excellence, paired with her collaborative approach and dedication to lifelong learning, makes her a valuable asset to ACEE’s growing impact in economic education statewide.
