Melody oversees the 4 branches currently in the Arizona footprint. Melody brings over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, more specifically in Retail Banking. Melody leads a team of individuals, who work close with her to provide a high level of customer service. Melody uses her years of Retail Banking experience to help each client achieve their financial objectives, through a personalized and tailored approach. She prides herself in looking at the next 3-5 years for her clients, and works closely to help align them with the right partners at Bank of Arizona.
Melody is very active in the community, and serves on several nonprofit boards and also helps these organizations meet their financial commitments. Melody has managed and coached all different levels within the Retail Banking Division and uses her expertise to grow her team, along with her customers.
