Teojia Williamson is an innovative educator and program manager with a deep passion for financial literacy, educational equity, and empowering students through meaningful, community-centered learning experiences. Teojia brings more than a decade of experience in K–12 education, including roles in classroom instruction, instructional leadership, and strategic program development.

Teojia’s background spans both virtual and in-person learning environments, with a proven ability to design and lead initiatives that support students, families, and educators. Teojia has developed and facilitated professional learning experiences, strengthened stakeholder relationships, and overseen programs that drive academic success and equitable outcomes.

A passionate advocate for financial literacy education, Teojia is dedicated to equipping young people with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed financial decisions. Teojia has designed and implemented programs that promote financial empowerment and career readiness, enabling students to build a solid foundation for long-term success.

As a program manager, Teojia excels in connecting vision with execution—delivering initiatives that are impactful, inclusive, and aligned with community needs.

Teojia holds two Master’s Degrees from Arizona State University—one in Educational Leadership and the other in Elementary Education. Teojia’s academic foundation and professional expertise fuel a mission to create engaging, student-centered, and empowering educational experiences.
