Bill Hicks focuses on tax-exempt finance, including general obligation, revenue, and special assessment bonds; lease-purchase certificates of participation; and nonprofit corporations. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America, corporate law, mergers and acquisition law, municipal law, and public finance law, for 2003-2019. Bill was named Best Lawyers’ Phoenix Municipal Lawyer of the Year in 2013 and 2017. He has received the Sustaining Award of Excellence, Children’s Law Center, Volunteer Lawyers’ Program, 2014.
Bill serves as President of the Princeton Alumni Association of Arizona and is on the Board for Northern Arizona Healthcare Foundation.
