In this seasonal workshop, we’ll explore how Thanksgiving provides the perfect backdrop for engaging students in meaningful, real-world math. From scaling recipes and calculating oven schedules to budgeting for a feast and graphing family favorites, discover creative ways to integrate measurement, data, fractions, and financial literacy into your fall lessons.
Participants will be eligible for 1 hour of professional development credit.
Due to the interactive nature of the presentation, all participants will be required to have reliable internet access and a device with video and audio capabilities.
