Join us for a dynamic webinar designed specifically for elementary educators! In this session, we’ll explore how to leverage the rich, standards-based resources available through the Federal Reserve’s lesson collection featuring the beloved Berenstain Bears. These stories bring foundational economic concepts like scarcity, decision-making, and markets to life in your classroom. You’ll gain practical strategies for using these free, ready-to-go lesson materials, and discover creative ways to adapt them to your students’ needs. Whether you’ve taught economics before or are just getting started, this webinar will empower you to build students’ economic thinking in engaging, meaningful ways.
Participants will be eligible for 1 hour of professional development credit.
Due to the interactive nature of the presentation, all participants will be required to have reliable internet access and a device with video and audio capabilities.
Please contact Teresa Mungai if you have any questions related to this webinar.
New for ACEE Webinars!
We’re excited to share that ACEE is piloting a new procedure to value the time teachers dedicate to professional learning.
Starting officially in January 2026, current Arizona teachers who participate in an ACEE webinar will receive a $20 Amazon gift card as a token of appreciation for their time and engagement.
We are piloting this procedure with the remaining 2025 webinars, including this session. After the webinar, participants that are current Arizona teachers will receive follow-up information about the gift card process and will have an opportunity to share feedback on this new initiative.
Your input will help us refine this process and ensure it meaningfully supports educators like you.
