What do poetry and mathematics have in common? More than you might think! In this creative, cross-curricular session, participants will experience hands-on activities that demonstrate how mathematical thinking can be woven into poetry—and how poetry can provide a meaningful context for practicing math skills. Walk away with engaging ideas and ready-to-use activities that bring together the precision of mathematics and the creativity of language arts.
